1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
2. Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered within:
3–7 business days for metro cities
5–10 business days for other locations
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 is charged.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional charge of ₹50
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after successful payment.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can also track your order under “My Orders” on our website.

7. Undelivered Packages
In case a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:
Incorrect address
Recipient not available
Repeated delivery failure
…the order will be returned to us and we will contact you to re-attempt delivery or process a refund (for prepaid orders).
