Welcome to METALBOYZ.COM ! We strive to give you the best shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with hassle-free returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Product must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice.
The product should not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
Note: Products like innerwear, socks, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization concerns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
Visit WWW.METALBOYZ.COM and go to My Orders.
Click on the product you wish to return and select Return.
Choose the reason for return and preferred pickup date.
Our delivery partner will pick up the item within 2-4 working days.

3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:
a. Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5-7 business days.
b. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be credited to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS. Bank details must be provided during the return process.
Note: Refunds will be initiated only after a successful quality check of the returned product.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product:
Initiate a return for the existing product.
Place a new order for the desired item.
5. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled from the “My Orders” section before they are shipped.
After Dispatch:
If the order has already been shipped, you can refuse to accept the delivery.
Refund for prepaid orders will be processed once the shipment is returned to us.
6. Important Points to Remember
Returns may be rejected if the product fails quality inspection.
Repeated returns may lead to account flagging or future return restrictions.
In case of defective or wrong product delivery, return shipping will be free.
